Track items and stock levels with a history that cannot be edited. Receiving a purchase order adds stock in one step, and stock can never go below zero.
What you can do
Items and SKUsCost, sell price, unit and a reorder level. SKUs are unique in your business.
Stock historyReceive, sale, use, damage and count. Every change is recorded and cannot be edited or deleted.
CountsEnter what you counted on the shelf and the system works out the difference.
Purchase ordersDraft, order, then receive all lines into stock. Lines lock once ordered.
Low-stock listItems at or below their reorder level are listed on the overview.
Stock valueTotal value at cost, and by category.
What it does not do
- One stock pool per item. There are no multiple locations yet.
- It does not scan barcodes yet.
- Stock value uses the cost you enter on each item.
